We will respect and protect your privacy at all times.
We will not pass on your personal information to other users of the site.
We will only ever pass on your personal details to a third party if it is absolutely necessary to fulfill a particular service on your behalf, for example your subscription fees will be taken via a credit card processing company. Any details passed on will be transferred in a secure manner.
Companies to whom your personal details are passed on will comply with all legal requirements concerning confidential data. Please be aware that the way in which your personal details would be legally protected within the UK may differ from that of other countries in which your personal details appear.

Occasionally third parties will be employed by Boss to Boss to ‘manage’ our e-mail data.  This could include, but is not restricted to, de-duping, e-marketing campaigns, and data analysis.  The data will at all times remain ours and will not be subject to use by any other company or individual.
Where Boss to Boss promotes its services on another site, any email addresses collected from the third party site will sign up to receive our email notifications and will need to notify us should they wish not to receive any further mailings.

We ask that if there are any changes to your personal details such as billing addresses, credit/debit card details or should you suspect that your username/password has been used by another person, you notify us as soon as possible with such information.  You will remain liable for any unauthorised use of bosstoboss.com until we receive such notification.  Your membership is not transferable in any way.

Boss to Boss will never share personal details with any other company/individuals; however ‘generic’ user data, such as positions, company size, location, may be provided to third parties.
Should any legal proceedings require us to pass on your personal information, we trust you will understand that we have a duty to comply with the law.

What details will we hold about your contacts?

You will have an opportunity to invite your contacts to communicate with you through the BosstoBoss site.  The names and email addresses you enter will only be used to send your specific message and any follow up emails.

Closing your account

If you decide to leave BosstoBoss, please email support@bosstoboss.com and we will arrange for your personal details to be removed. It may be necessary for legal reasons, or marketing reasons for us to withhold some data; however this will not be viewable on the site, by any user, and will be held in accordance with this privacy statement.

Changes to our policy/terms and conditions

If we make any changes to the way in which we collect your data or use it, or to our terms and conditions, you will be the first to know.
