Our Agreement

We set out below our Agreement, which applies to your membership of the Boss to Boss online community.

In all of our dealings we embrace the following values and expect you to do the same:-

Trust – in one another and in the integrity of the Boss to Boss community
Abundance – in our approach to sharing our knowledge, ideas and time
Growth – in our deep commitment to learning and innovation
Candour – in our honest attempts to help and support others
Respect – for individual rights, freedom of thought and cultural diversity
Balance – in knowing when to focus and when to relax, both at work and at play

The Agreement between us will continue until or unless one of us gives to the other one three months notice that we intend to terminate the Agreement. The arrangement between us can be cancelled without giving three months notice if there is a serious breach of the Agreement and our above values.

All of the material posted by us on the site is produced in good faith but we will not be liable for the accuracy of any of the materials and we agree that our liability to you under our Agreement will be limited to the repayment of three months of your membership fees.

You agree that you will not copy or replicate for financial gain or commercial use any of the materials contained on the site.

You also agree and acknowledge that save where otherwise set out we own the copyright of the materials posted on the site and any associated software.

You also agree that you will not use the information contained on the site to compile for commercial use any form of database.

Finally, you agree in particular that your use of the online forums will be appropriate and respectful of the values set out above.

In all respects our Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
