We set out below our Terms and Conditions, which apply to your participation in the Boss to Boss online community.

All of the material posted by us on the site is produced in good faith but we will not be liable for the accuracy of any of the materials.

You agree that you will not copy or replicate for financial gain or commercial use any of the materials contained on the site.

You also agree and acknowledge that save where otherwise set out we own the copyright of the materials posted on the site and any associated software.

You also agree that you will not use the information contained on the site to compile for commercial use any form of database.

Finally, you agree in particular that your use of the online forums will be appropriate and respectful of the values set out above.

In all respects our Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
